A lesson to learn from French artist Sandrine Estrade Boulet, “Try to see rather than look.”
“When you are a kid, you spend hours laying down in the grass seeing/visualizing amazing things in the clouds. Well, I have decided this should never stop.
And you, what are you going to see today ?…”

Being a student is not always easy, I often find myself being very mindful of my time and money (or the lack of it to be precise), so this year I decided that I will not be buying presents, but will paint a little card for everyone. These are some pics of the cards being made.
I didn’t have much time to complete them all, so some of the designs where borrowed from other talented artists, however I took the liberty and changed them around and all the paintwork and styling is my very own. These artists were referenced on the back of the cards whenever possible. Hope you like them.
Santini, a 23-year-old girl from Moscow, Russia, creates these ultra-realistic fantasy animal dolls. The creatures are a mix of creepy, cute and amazing. The creatures are made using different types of materials like fimo, cernit, sculpey, sonet and fabric fur.
The artist has completely mastered the power of cute. It’s amazing how incredibly detailed they are. Soon there will be an Etsy store where you’ll be able to order any of these, in the meantime you can contact the artist directly and request one of her creations.
